  Horrilbe service, it took forever to resize a ring and make a payment. Extremely slow computers and the ladies were really slow exept the oldest lady with glasses(super kind and sweet) really tried to help us.

  Poor customer service. It took them 10 minutes just to greet me. When someone offered to help me, they showed me everything but what I wanted. She acted as if I could only afford the clearance section because that's all she showed me. When I pointed to which I wanted to see, she just smiled.

  I visited to purchase couple rings and all representatives were very helpful and kind. They asked me politely what type of ring I want and how to customize. I really loved the experience and I'm sure this is one of the best stores.
