  Kevin and the manager Orlando were phenomenal with their customer service! From the minute I walked in to trade a recalled phone til the end when it came to transferring all my items to my new phone. I have been to a LOT of T-Mobile stores to attempt to get this resolved and they are the only ones willing and who made an effort to help me. Thank you!!!

  This account is under my wife this the worst they have a real young latino young lady she is cute but a very unexperience she should be let go she advised my wife to call the insurance and her Ohio e was 2 to 3weeks old she would verify it just encase your lying NY wife had a burst of what the hell dud she said . and she she was nit one and she told. Her ca nit hello you unless you want to purchase a NEW PHONE...WORST IDIOT CUSTOMER CARE PERSON WE ARE GOUBG BACK TO MAKE SURE SHE IS REMOVED FROM HER POST. As we walked away she told her fellow work did you that . Great work !!! Thus happen on Sunday evenibf at around 2 to 3PM
