  The most worthless customer service and warranty on planet earth!!! I run a retail business here in Downey and I would never treat anyone like they do. Jonathan the manager will do everything possible to not honor a warranty claim. I was paying insurance on my phone for 2 years and they will not replace it and they gave me the total run around. I have hundreds of customers here in Downey and I will be sure to tell them to never deal with T mobile and never to deal with Jonathan at the stonewood mall. Really wish there was a zero stars option cause that's what you deserve.
