  Had a couple of bad experiences at this Sprint store. The most recent was a charging port repair for my Note 5 that they would not complete even though I had the equipment protection plan and it was covered. They stated they did not have the part in store. They outright told me to do a claim with my insurance, pay the deductible, and tell Asurion that my phone is water damaged so that they will overnight it. I have been a loyal Sprint Customer for 13 plus years, bad service and all. Like I said, this was just the latest incident with them at this store. I have always had my phone insurance through Sprint but this one store made me cancel it and go with the one Best Buy offers
