  I'm not a usual Sears customer unless it's for appliances but today I made a purchase at the women's department at the Stonewood Mall. It's unfortunate that one of their cashiers there Jocelyn Assoc#15289 has such a sour personality and no face expression what so ever. Because I have manners I said "hello" which I didn't get a response from her. Then before I walked away I said "thank you" and did not get a response either. I had to go back for a second transaction and while I was in line I was hoping that I got a different cashier this time, but nope my luck I got Joselyn a second time. To my surprise I got the same treatment. So sad that companies hire such sad individuals to hold positions in customer service. Shame Shame Shame
